Alberto Amayuelas is a film and stage actor born in Barcelona. He has a Degree in Drama from Col·legi de Teatre de Barcelona (2020) and in Audiovisual Communication from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2009). In 2023, he graduates as a Stage Manager for live shows and events at Centro de Tecnología del Espectáculo (CTE) in Madrid.
He speaks four languages: Spanish and Catalan (native), English (C1 level) and German (B1 level).
In cinema, he has starred in the short films Beicon by Jose Montero (The New Flesh, 2024), Sol de medianoche by Carla Alberich (RedFields, 2023), Ashes by Oscar Mills (Ruc Studio, 2021), The Proposal by Alexis Cifuentes (Disección Films, 2021), Trueno by Manuel Simón-Talero (ESCAC, 2021) and Azul Cielo by Júlia Sales (CIFOG, 2020), as well as the music videos Symmetries for NOUK, directed by Loida García (2022), Sharpa by Ojos Pardos (Helousis, 2020) and Can’t beat as one by Beta (ESCAC, 2019).
In television, in 2022, he played a role during the 6th season of the German tv-series Der Barcelona-Krimi, directed by Carolina Hellsgård (Fresco Film, 2022) and, in 2023, the tv-series Hotel Barcelona, directed by Christopher Theede (2DF & Dreamtool Entertainment, 2023).
In 2021, he started working as an assistant for the stage director Leo Castaldi at the lyrical shows El maestro de canto (Teatro Principal de Zaragoza, 2021) and El barbero de Sevilla (Teatro Principal de Zaragoza, 2022). In 2024, he started to collaborate with Joan Anton Rechi as his assistant stage director for the opera Lucia di Lammermoor (Teatro Principal de Zaragoza, 2024).
