Born and raised in Luxembourg to Cape Verdean parents, Brian Ferreira Neves grew up between different languages, cultures, and ways of seeing the world.
Before becoming an actor, he trained and worked as a nurse. The profession taught him something no acting class could: how people behave when there's nothing left to perform.
After graduating from the Freie Schauspielschule Hamburg, he went on to work in theatre, musicals, short films, and television productions. Alongside acting, he also works as a singer and model.
Brian speaks Luxembourgish, German, English, French, and Cape Verdean Creole. He is particularly interested in characters who carry contradictions within them, people who are trying to belong, hide, connect, or reinvent themselves.
He currently works between Luxembourg and Germany.
