Patricia Lobo

 Being an actress has been my vocation for as long as I can remember and I'm determined to achieve it, it's the profession I want to dedicate myself to. I'm fascinated by the art of acting and I believe that it is through artistic intervention, especially creating, telling and acting out stories, that the world is transformed, even if it is the individual world of each person. It could be the world of the actor who is transformed when they have to put on the skin and live the life of another person, or the spectator who is affected by the series, film or play, causing their perception of the world and the things around them to change. The power and impact of acting are some things that fascinate me and that I will always explore. I believe that authentic acting has the power to change perceptions, tell untold stories and connect people.

I find it an incredible and enormous challenge to put myself in the “shoes” of another person and of characters who have a different life and way of thinking from my own. In my opinion, the individual journey and work that goes into creating and building a character is fabulous and magical. However, I believe that it is as a team and with everyone helping each other that the process of crafting an entire story and developing one or more characters becomes truly memorable and impactful.
