Vesna Kuzmic, a professional film, television, and theatre actress, was born on February 19, 1987, in Ljubljana, Slovenia (which was part of Yugoslavia at the time). She proudly embodies both Slovenian and Serbian heritage.
Completing her acting studies at the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film, and Television - AGRFT in Slovenia in 2015, Vesna then earned a scholarship to study acting in Russia. Accepted into The Russian Institute of Theatre Arts - GITIS in Moscow, she obtained her MA degree in acting with honors in 2017.
Best known for her roles in popular Slovenian TV series such as "Reka Ljubezni" (2018-2019), "Truplo" (2018-2019), and "LP, Lena" (2018-2020), Vesna has also made notable appearances in numerous Slovenian films and theatre productions. Notably, she won the Best Actress award at the 32nd International Theatrical Festival "Valise" in Poland (2019) for her performance in the theatre production "The Little Match Girl" at the Mini Theatre, Slovenia.
Driven by a passion for travel and language learning, Vesna honed her Russian skills while living and studying in Moscow. Fluent in English and Serbian, she also has intermediate proficiency in French and Spanish, with her native language being Slovenian.
